With over 20 years of experience, Frank concentrates on real estate default services including loss mitigation, litigation & defense, bankruptcy and foreclosure. His innovative approach focuses on customer service and performance excellence. Frank earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati Law School and BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Gail C. Hersh, Jr., concentrates on foreclosure, title and eviction matters in the Real Estate Default Group located in the Cincinnati office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. He is also the supervising attorney for Thoroughbred Title Agency, Inc. Mr. Hersh earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati , College of Law in 1991 and his BA in Economics from Kenyon College in 1987. A member of the Cincinnati and Kentucky Bar Associations, Mr. Hersh is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Brady J. Lighthall concentrates on foreclosure services within the Real Estate Default Group located in the Cincinnati office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. He his JD from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005, his MBA from Northern Kentucky University in 2005 and his BA in International Business Management from Utah Valley State College in 2001. A member of the Indiana, Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations, Mr. Lighthall is licensed in Indiana and Ohio.
